EP3: Card weak... better?

as far i now ,this said which is better have a deck whit cards weak (know it how use it) what a deck whit a whit strong cards... that is true??

You want to have a well balanced deck. Not a weak or a strong one. Too much either way will get you a poor deck.

If you make a deck further in either direction (tons of weak stuff or few strong stuff), it becomes easier to counter and its not going to be well rounded. Balance is usually the best idea. This is speaking in general though.

Yep.

I used to have a killer Rappy deck. It had some weak cards (Rag Rappy, Al Rappy) as "blockers" and some stronger ones (St. Rappy, Love Rappy) to attack. Add in some awesome Atk cards (Unit Blow) and you've got yourself a strong deck.
