XboX PSO I&II drop questions

Well, I've been playing PSO I&II for a while, offline and online. A few months ago, drop rate for rare items completely disappeared D:

I've heard that hacked items/ lvl1275 mags/ item stacks 11+ lessen the chance of drop rates.

Is this true? and if so, does duplicated items also affect drop rates?

Mags over 200 and stacking items out of their limit (monofluids to 11+) are what screws up the drop rates. Either get rid of, or at least bank these items and power off your xbox to remove the effects.
