Suppressed Gun available in quests?

i heard/read somewhere that the Suppressed Gun is available (sp) in the quest "Soul of a Blacksmith"

is this true, and if sho, how exactly do you get it in the quest?

In Ultimate, get the material from Cave 3, and choose to have a gun made.

I've tried looking for a material in Caves 3 back when I was doing the Vhard quest, and I couldn't find the place where it dropped. It is there, right? Guess I'll look harder, or something...

It's on the walls of a room, it's kinda harder to notice.

You can get all three weapons in one run. After you request the item you want, don't collect your reward... instead, quit the game and redo the quest over and over again. You can get all three easily that way.

The 3rd material is in Cave 3 where the room is shaped like a circle. You have to look 360 degrees, because it's hard to spot. Most often times, when you walk into the room, you should turn around and look at the walls next to the door you just came through. The 3rd material is usually on the wall.
