Psobb on vista

Hello. ive been trying to get psobb to work on my pc (ive got vista) and i cant type. is there a way to fix this?

A friend of mine had vista and had a problem with installing the patch for BB. I also has a problem typing at first. Try ALT and Tab a few times. It worked for me...

I don't know how my friend did it, but...
I think he went from here:

Control Panel > Date, Time, Language & Regional Options > Regional & Language Options > Languages > Details

From here, just toggle everything, and change the language of your Keyboard to something like US US, or UK US or whatever. Switch some stuff on and off, and eventually it'l work http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

go to the control panel and access keyboard settings (or you can search it) and then activate japanese as well as US. Should allow you to type fine... at least it did for me.
