1) Unable to use Moon Atomizer online

2) Character stats caps out pre-maturely

Item (1) has been confirmed by Rei's post regarding Asia region problem. I have also been plagued by this. Item (2) is based from my experience, my RAcast ATA capped at 167.

Looking to complie a list of additional problems and confirmation of item (2). Thanks.

Yep I play 2 versions of pso and one of my decks is asian and I have the same problems. Sucks doesn't it? whelp there only 99 bucks now http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif

STRIDER88, does your character's stats max-out prematurely as well? I hate to have to restart on the US DC since my RAcast is already lvl 61 (100hr+ logged).

What method do you use to load PSO on the off-region DC? I use the Utopia boot disk.
