Some information about it is wrong in the item database so here goes....

Base PP: 1001
Base Att: 112
Base Acc: 121

It's 9 stars, not 6.

It drops from Rappy Amure.

Serafi Feather, and BT Lovers also drop from Rappy Amure.

I would've taken screenshots of me picking them up but I forgot...

I'll assume this is for online mode.

The Madam Brella is a Rappy Amure drop? That's a new one. What level Rappy Amure did you kill to find it?

Do you happen to have any screenshots of the item?

Yep, this was online.

Madam Brella dropped from a Rappy Amure in Lightning Beasts S along with the Serafi Feather, BT lovers and a plain ol' Rappy Feather.

I didn't think to screenshot them dropping and unfortunately am at work right now but when I get home I can screenie the Madam Brella's stat pages and pictures of it in action.

I can confirm Serafi Feathers drop from Rappy Amure. I got one just a few minutes ago in Scarred Planet S. The PSOW Item Database doesn't list Serafi Feathers as a Rappy Amure drop.

I know they drop the feathers at lv100, do you happen to know anyone else getting this at a different lv?

Sorry, no. This is the first time I've gotten a Serafi Feather from a Rappy Amure so I can't confirm it for any other mission ranks, nor has anyone else mentioned finding one. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

I looted one from a level 25 Amure in Scarred Planet B while trying to see if I could get a Brella at that level.
