PSOBB: Where can I find Dr. Montague [PSO:BB]

I did both the Dr. Osto's Research and Unsealed Door quest but I still can't find him. Can someone help me? Thanks!!!

I think there is an item making guide that specifically tell you where he is, even in BB.
I know it's here somewhere, just not sure where.

I think you need to do doc's secret plan as well. Easy way out is to do all of them under a difficulty. He'll show up in either Dr. Osto's research or Unsealed Door where you can find him across from the teleporter down to ragol.

I don't remember which one of the two but bring an enemy part and talk to him in one of the two quests.

Okay, I'll try all three and see if I can find him, but I don't know how he looks exactly o.o...

The doc looks like a default clothed FOnewm. He's also the client for mission Doc's Secret Plan.

if im not wrong, you find him by the principal teleporter in Dr. Osto's research or Unsealed Door with a soldier who complains about him. hes the Fo with the crazy googles.
