what did you think of the game? I liked the style of DMC3 better, but Nero was just so awesome, idc what you say about him replacing dante, he was an awesome Character, especially on that last boss...you know the priest. loved it

really, my favorite part was when your fighting the preist for the first time and you use your Devil trigger, and nero is like "Im sick of your bull shit" with his whole double voice thing, then he hands down a brutal beating to the guy

I would like to see the next game have a sort of mental battle between Virgil and Nero, you see cause, the story never really finished. Virgil had one line, "I want power, More power"
dante should be in the mix to, a nice fight between him and virgil would rock.

I thouroughly enjoyed the game, this being my entry into the DMC world. I personally like playing Nero better, just because the Devil Bringer makes him so mobile, and the Exceed system really helps dish out the damage.

My favorite boss is probably Berial, if only because Nero and Dante both have awesome intros to that fight.

The demo was great but does Nero ever get a double evasive
jump?

cause Hector from Castlevania CoD has a cool invincible
evasion ability, the first quickstep is a backflip/handstand, and
the second quickstep after it is a flying somersault. Really cool and
can be performed in any direction.

I like how Nero recovers after being knocked back, but I think
they coulda done better with the evasion system a 'lil. but
it's cool with some timing or condition, Nero can evade

Devil May Cry 4 is an awesome game. To be honest with you, I was skeptical about Capcom replacing Dante with Nero as the main character for DMC4 but thankfully Nero wasn't annoying ( unlike MGS2's Raiden ) and he was pretty fun to play. It was also nice to be able to play as Dante for a part of the game. Going from Nero to Dante was a bit jarring at first since by the time Dante becomes playable I had already become soo reliant on Nero's Buster, thankfully Dante is still as awesome as ever. He feels much stronger than Nero although I have no proof to back this statement up. Dante kicks soo much ass that it is even harder going from Dante back to Nero ( Nero seems to be slower than Dante and he has alot less offensive options ) at the end of the game. Still Nero was nice change of pace and an okay lead character in his own right.

Yeah sweet game for sure. Only thing I don't like is seeing that my friends are consistently better than me when I download the new scores (Damn you AC9Breaker...).In all seriousness though, this game is awesome haha.

lol, well I finally managed to beat it but got a D rank on the last mission. The last boss priest version dood was pretty cheat and annoying.

I find that I love Dante more though. Mixing it up with his styles is a Blast. I leveled Gunmaster and Swordmaster to level 4 and its oh so fun. Much easier to get SSS ranks too then using Nero since Dantes win button actually can be used to mix up attacks where as for Nero its just grab and the rest are performed thorugh his melee attack. Plus Neros gun pisses me off. But overall it was a great game and I'm content with my buy.

but ya I agree with who said they should add more playable characters, even if they don't have a backstory or borrow moves
from Dante and Nero. the charm of games like Outbreak is the
massive variety of characters to choose from, and while some

whta are yallls opinions on nero, the officials said he isnt blood relted to the sparda family, he wasnt born with the arm, I think he is a reincarnation of sparda, but the whole virgil thing throws me off

I agree that he was not born with the arm but I don't think he is Sparda reincarnated. I think that Nero's arm originally belonged to Virgil, hence the reson why he was able to re-forge ( and wield ) Yamato ( Virgil sword ), only someone with Sparda blood could do it. As for how Nero wound up with ended up with "that" arm, I think the Church did somthing to him.
