hey where do you find a TWIN BRAND on DC? cuz i realy want one

Back in ver.1 Twin Brands were only found in an Oran team in the Very-Hard Ruins, dropped by a Dimenian. I never found one in ver.2, so I don't know if it was still there and/or elsewhere.

I found mine in vhard caves with a skyly.
