mag abilities?

when i planned a map of my mag evolution, i noticed that some mags do certain things if you die. some look like they revive you if you do. well my mag can, but he dosn't. his syncro is like 118% and his IQ is 124. do i have to have the magic ability for it to work, cause if i do then that sucks cause i'm a hunter.

You don't need to have Reverser. The MAG revive skill has a pretty low occurrance rate. You'll be lucky to be revived once every 25 deaths.

My Sato revives me more often than not. I'd say a 1 in 5 chance of being brought back (at least for my MAG). I've been playing and dying a crap load of times today in Ultimate, and my MAG brought me back to life plenty of times. Maybe it depends on the MAG you have (also depends on IQ).
