View Full Version : Declare your love? What the hell...

Spy

What the hell? So basically, if I want to kick more Famitsu ass, I have to do so with some chick, and make vows and that kinda crap?

Psha, maybe when I meet a nice little huntress, but three days is really rushing things a bit.

hey gives you the chance to do that roleplaying you're always talking about

Spy
Jan 16, 2003, 03:28 PM
Roleplaying is fun; commitment, divorce, and alimony payments are not.

UMMON
Jan 16, 2003, 04:15 PM
Only 500 couples have to do it, and then it opens that door in the first part of the quest with the hearts behind it.
So not everyone has to do it. I imagin the japanese will take care of this for us since they get first crack at it.

I think its really weird though.

I can see the headlines now:

Spy Marries (anonymous HUnewearl)
Divorce ensued after Spy and his HU wife parted ways after she gave birth to a HUnewm!
Spy must now pay child support fees of 50000 meseta per week, or face a week in the bartle pit O_o.

Pants!

Oh sweet, only 500 couples need to do it so the rest of us can get whatever from it? I thought you had to do it to see what it was. Now I can go back to hanging out with all my FOnewhirl and HUnewhirl buddies without feeling so yuri.

[Edit: Of course, if we all have to do it, Spy, baby... rwwarr. Look no further for your vixin. ^_~]

See this is the "Role-playing" part of the "Role-Playing Game". Its more than just stats you know.

I agree with Spy. Roleplaying is am r leet k. Roleplaying stuff like getting married, having a baby, and other stuff is just wrong. O_o;

I'm not sure what Roleplaying everyone has done, but most recently on Neverwinter Night one of my characters has gone right thru the 7 stages of man. Plus marriage, having children, and death at the hands of an evil barbaric warlord.

Yeah, my self-love literally should count for like 8 couples. If anyone wants to take the plunge with me though, you have to sign a pre-nup, and then we can consumate the marriage or whatever you want to call it, I prefer "raunchy & wild sex" myself ^_^

Heh, what happens if it's an android and a human? Or a newman and a human, for that matter? Do they work as couples?

I don't think I'm ready for the commitment. I plan to die bitter, alone, and with a vast fortune hidden somewhere deep within a giant tomb I plan to build.

They have the same relative parts/organs, and brute force will oftentimes work as well, so race shouldn't matter.

So..You're saying a HUmar could date a RAcaseal, the HUmar thinks the RAcaseal is a sexy lady, but then the RAcaseal reveals himself to be a homosexual man, and then..Date rape? Robotic date rape. That's something you don't come across every day.

Is it illegal in PSO for a male to declare his love to 3 Hunewearls at the same time?

AzureBlaze
Jan 16, 2003, 11:55 PM
Humans/newman+Androids as couples worked before...

I would imagine that it would work again, as it did in the Love Checkers sub-plot thing to the old Toward The Future.

(if you weren't on DC)
If a male and female looking anything went together and talked to the "Computer Hacker" FOmarl by the bank, and then pressed the computer in the first room of the forest, hearts would swirl around them so long as they stayed close enough to eachother throughout the quest. This was actually pretty difficult...
I only ever managed it once, I made my FOnewearl go with a friends' RAcast. It was lame we could never actually do anything with the prize though.

And I wouldn't figure any androids for having any sort of privates...sort of like a car. After all, if you are built for killing stuff, does it matter?

Oh, come on.

My HUmar (BlackHawk) and HUnewearl (Lara) have been married since about a year after I created the characters for an IRC RPG..and that was 7 years ago.

and this is giving me a great RP opportunity for my FOmarl, who's been playing online a lot with one of Davion's characters, another HUmar.

Sorry, FOnewms or RAmars...you're just not Rhiana's type, and she's not a mechanophile, so no androids either. ^_^
