Problem finding rares

Im a Ramarl, lvl 32, Grenill....and I am having a hard time to find the rares. Have I done something wrong going through the game? Plz tell me how i can find the rares?

You just gotta keep trying and trying. Patience is everything. Plus if you are in Normal mode there's barely nothing there except for enemy parts, photon drops, and maybe an add slot. You won't get a rare immediately. You just have to keep trying.

I am on Hard now that is how I got the Grass Assassins Arms and the Boomba arm.

I really would like to find some cool things for my ranger.

Hard is still a part in the game where rares still kinda don't come up but you will see the low level rares. Like I said you won't expect to see it immediately. Just level up more and don't think about the rare cuz that's how I get rares. I don't hunt for them I get them as I level up in areas.

Wait til you get to Very Hard or Ultimate. That's where most of the rares are.

I didn't see my first red box untill I was at least L45.
