Is it me or has karma come back and Oran's get the shaft when it comes to finding rares?

Kinda but Oran does get some really great stuff when you reach Ult. I mean look:

Twin Chakrams, Paristic Gene "Flow", Aura Field, Sigh of A God, Guard Waves, and others. You just gotta stick with it. And it also helps to have one other character with a good surporting section ID so you can find things from both.
