I submitted earlier this morning, and when I got back it said 1*. O_o

I try to update this thing whenever I see that it's off, but it doesn't appear that non-contributors have much of an effect.

I can't even submit information to it half the time. It keeps telling me that I can only "vote" once a day, and I last "voted" last week.

I also submit that the timer for submissions be reset the same time the luck changes (3 AM EST) so that people who know already don't have to wait 'till midday to inform everyone.
