Im new here was refered by a friend and New to the PSU Universe. Its pretty fun so far im only lvl 9...And I was wondering where I could find guides to help level quicker on here? And Nice site btw

I know this is prolly a stupid question but where do you get your goggles I hear about?

As for your question, its been a while but if I remember correctly you have to play chapter one of episode two.

Goggles is from your first story mission with Laia.
