Hello everyone~

I'm a new player, who got introduced by the Gamecube version, and I must say I'm hooked.

But... I didn't play it that much. And I'm kinda lost when I'm playing Blue Burst.

Like my friend says, I should get some power for my MAG and evolve it by giving it to different classes.

I have no idea what he means or how I'm supposed to do it, and he says I should find out here and hopefully get some questions answered.

What's the best MAG for my character, and is there anyone that could link me to a VERY detailed guide to make one? I 've taken a look at all those feeding charts and I just got lost from there.

Thank you in advance, so much!

Feed your mag enough and it evolves. Depending on the character that's holding it, it'll evolve into something different (and usually get a different photon blast).

Generally a 5DEF/145POW/50DEX/0MIND mag is usually a good choice.

I'm too lazy to look up the guides but I'll get you started in the right direction. When you get a baby mag it's usually best to feed it antidotes. It'll keep DEF at 5, raise DEX alot and also improve POW slightly. From 35 on you can mix and match items to make the mag the way you want.

Well, first you should decide what kind of mag you want. Different mags will react differently to three different situations. There are triggers that may cause a mag to react. They are: having 1/10 hp (yellow zone), reaching a photon blast, and entering a boss arena. There is also a fourth: dying. The vast majority of mags have a chance to revive you. Look here to help you decide what you want: http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?op=viewarticle&artid=1031
Mag responses: Up arrow = pumps, hp = heals, three rings = invincibility (short time)
I would recommend a Sato or Nidra for a HUnewearl.
Also, you can use this guide to map out your mag/material points. Keep in mind, you can mix and match as you please. I, for example, left some evp behind in liu of mst. Just find and click the class you want to see.

What you can get also depends on what kind of characters you have. If you still have a free character slot, you can make a dummy character to get exactly what you want. Give me a list of characters you have (or let me know if you have a free slot), and tell me which mag you want. We'll get you figured out. :)

On topic. Pretty much anything I would say has been summed up already. People will constantly argue what it takes to have a good MAG. My suggestion to you, to give an unbiased opinion, go here (http://www.pso-world.com/sections.php?section=Mags&op=viewtopsection) to learn any and everything about MAGs and what you would want out of yours.

Ah, I see.
I think I'll go down with a Sato, and maybe see what'll happen.
Thank you all VERY much!

Offtopic: Out of curiostiy, what's the ultimate weapon a HUnewearl should have? (The Tsu J Sword looks pretty awesome...)

There are other weapons that are easier to find. Best weapon? That's up to opinion. For swords, a Red Sword would be good, or even the real flowen's sword with its Spirit special

That is also kinda biased depending on the player. Depends on your preference. if you want to strive for T. J-Sword, go for it http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif
