My Log-In Screen says invalid username/or password, but both

And yes, i checked the FAQs on the PSO official site. I know my username, I know my password.

I know the account isnt deleted because it says invalid username or password, not "your account doesnt exist on this server"

It started @ 12:50 On sunday Feb. 24th when the server was down and i tried logging on a bunch of times
to see if it was back,

and now its back (i checked with my brother's account) but when i try with my
account

it doesnt let me saying the password or username is incorrect.

was i locked out because of too many log-ins?

if not can i change my pw?

If PC/PS2 are you able to log into your account at https://billing.playsega.com/?

The chance of you being locked out due to excessive logins is zero.

Couple possibilities:

1. you have caps lock on
2. you were hacked.

nah im on a private server blue burst for PC.

i didn't have caps lock on, i checked a billion times.

idk if i was hacked... at least i hope not. i havent seen myself on the server, and neither has my brother who has my guild card on his list.

also, it seems it was directly linked to the fact that i tried logging on when the server was down.

because it was fine before that. and the server shut down and i got locked out.

and ive been off since then.

1. Edit the name off that post. You're not allowed to talk about it here.
2. If you haven't played in 3 months, your account was deleted.
3. Take the problem to their forums.

Glad it's fixed for ya.
Though we are a community of PSO & PSU players here, PSOW doesn't support anything private servers. The way it's posted, we thought it's Sega's servers. Please do not ask for tech suppport here, it's confusing. It's best asked in the private servers' own forums.
