Can anyone tell me what the requirements for a mag to be able to use the heart af angel are?

Sorry to barge in on your thread like that, but, speaking of heart oh angel, I have a question: Can a HUcast use angel wings? thanks.

1. To use to Heart of Angel you need any Mag (Except for the new GC mags or a mag that already had a cel used on it) over level 100. That's it.

2. As far as I know, Casts in general cannot use Angel Wings or Devil Wings. At least that's how it was on the DC.

No android can use the heart of angel mag cell and ALL mag cells are found online during special events.

YES... I got the "Heart of Devil". Now I can make a Devil Wings Mag.. or at least I'm giving it to a friend for his FOmarl and he is making the wings.

I got it from a x-mas present that I got.
