GC: Legit Flowen's sword with odd %

I was playing through with my yellowboze HUcaseal on hard forest when i found a ??? blade special weapon. Upon equipping it, it turned out to be a Flowen's sword, much like the othe 4 I found. The only difference was when I went to check the percents, it had a 85% efficency against machines! After having it appraised, it went up to 90%! Has anyone else had this happen to them, or did I stumble on some kind of glitch?

Ouch. You could have tekked it to 95%

That's a pretty dang good Flowen's sword.

It's uncommon, but not a glitch in E1&2. Weapons can now be found with a maximum of 90% on up to three stats, and tekked up to 100%.
