Two people are needed for this quest
Go to the blocked area in the seaside to the far left, you will see lots of hearts. Right in front of the blocked area say "Famitsu" and the rocks should break and a path will appear. Go till you see a warp, on the other side of the warp you will see a rappy by itself. One person talk to rappy and when the rappy says "wait...." Then the other person has to talk to rappy and it will ask you if want become hitched. After 8 questions from the rappy will hitch you and you will be a couple.
