I've been going to this site for about 4 days now, but no where could I find the definitions to some terms. Would anyone mind telling me what "drop rate", "runs", and "beat" means? Sorry for my Noobtality.

The drop rate in a nutshell: How often a rare will drop, according to your I.D. and difficulty.
example:1/500, 1 being you got it, 500 being you didn't. Like rolling a die with 500 sides, you have have 499 that aren't it, and 1 that is. The 1/2 drop drate is pretty much a coin flip, and not guaranteed in anyway.

Runs: How many times you play though an entire area, for exp or rares, or some other reason. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

Beat: A useless not very commonly used system of time developed by ST to make it easier for players to meet in different times zones.

Drop Rate: Frequency that an item will drop from an enemy
Example: Item drops at 1/38 in Ult:Mines

Runs: A run is just a standard play through of an area or quest.
Example: A forest run would include Forest 1, Forest 2, Dragon Boss

Beat: Beat is the way time is kept on Ragol/Pioneer 2, if I'm not mistaken

Beat also affects a few weapons. Such as heaven punisher and Morning glory.
