does any 1 know the lvl of the final boss on the last lvl (chapter 12) in the offline story mode

If you're talking about v1, it's somewhere between 60 and 80. AotI doesn't have a final boss.

The Final Boss from what I would say isn't the true boss, but I'd still call it that.
Mother Brain acts as the Final Extra boss in this game.
