Grinding

I was wondering how many times can i grind a weapon? because i got one to +20 and that doesn't seem right o.O; is there a limit to how many times you can grind a weapon?

yes, there is a limit, but not a universal limit, each weapon has it's own grind limit (And some have 0).

The only weapons that have no grinding to them (from what I remember...) are:
Double Cannon
Yamigarasu
Egg Blaster

There is a long list of weapons which can't be grinded. Just look at the guides to see if they can or not.
