Phantasy Star Collection (A collection of three PS games: PSI, PSII, and PSIII) was released back in November It's an *incredible* deal to be able to buy three of the greatest games of all time for only $30, and I would recommend you buy it ASAP.

It's very fun, even though I've got all the cartridges. It's nice to be able to play them all in one place.

bleh PS 1-3 weren't that good. PS 4 was the good one...

PS2 was the best out of the 3.
PS4 is the best out of all cuz its the last of the series and it was when games were starting to look more better but still I would go for PS2 any day due to difficulty (I will tell the truth I hated dungeons).

I'm thinking about getting Phantasy Star Collections. It's a pretty good deal for sure.

I haven't played P1,2,or 3 so I guess it would be somewhat of a good idea to buy it.

I bought it 20 minutes ago...played all 3 of the games, but I didn't get too far in them...kinda boring...I don't really know what to do in any of them and I died in PS3 and I don't know where to save in PS2 or PS3...I'm so confoosed http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_bash.gif there's too many games to play at once!

In PS3: Be sure to equip Rhys with a knife or a sword before you leave Landen. The Chirpers will make mince-meat out of you if you don't. He's Orakian, so he can't use techniques. Also, you can save in the Inns, but you need enough cash to stay there (Five Meseta per person in your party).

In PS2: You can save in the Data Memory Shops. There's one in each town.

I recommend you play them one at a time, beggining at the beggining...with PS1.

http://www.phantasy-star.net/ has guides on all the PS games up to PSO. If you need help, go there.

I'm not getting PSC because it doesn't have 4. And I never really liked PS3. PS2 was kinda my favorite too.

Yeah, all in all PS2 was my favourite of the series also.

The Phantasy star games were, in hindsight, pretty tough to beat...

And PS 1 is notoriously difficult.

Heh, PS3 was my intro to the series, and until I managed to find some of the others years later I would have sworn up and down that PS3 couldn't have been topped, but then I'm a chump http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif and in retrospect 2 probably was better, I just managed to get alot farther in 3, never did beat any of them (1-4) tho.. still all told it's been a pretty rockin series.

Even though PS3 wasn't the best (more likely named the worst) in the series I still had some love for it cuz man which series came up with PS dopest character Wren? I remember when I was little I played PS3 over and over just to experience all the different combinations of the last generation that was possible. It was still a pretty neat game though technically not up to the level as PS2 or PS4.

PS1 was my favorite. PS4 was great... but

It is amazing how well PS1 still holds up. When was it released? On an 8 bit system no less.

And it is incredible how sharp and clean it still looks. The story was good, they had great design for the game, the RPG market was very fresh at the time. They put the foundation down for a GREAT universe to continue in.

PS2 was such a good follow up to PS1. And PS4 was an amazing conclusion. PS3 tried to do some good stuff, but overall, they lost that PS feel in it.

But you gotta love the original... its a classic.
