I realize that it cannot be obtained online yet but how do you get it offline?

EDIT: I just read and it said it cant be obtained offline either. So sorry if this is against the rules, but im just curious on how they know it exists?

Probably hacked data. I always wonder why some of that stuff gets submitted to the DB, considering even the name itself isn't factual....
