if all your stats are equal by level 100 like 25 on each stat do u get a new rare mag? and why did my mag evolve at lvl 75?

Dependings on your section ID, I believe, depends on what stats must add up to equal the other set of stats added up. To make things easy, yes, you can obtain a rare GC mag by going the easy route and get it ASAP by getting it to 25/25/25/25. However, make note that once it is a GC rare mag, that you may not change it again.

Currently you are below level 100, so that means you don't have opportunity to obtain a GC mag. Your mag evolved because one of the stats changed. Say for example my mag has more POW than DEX and MIND. If you raised DEX or MIND over the POW, your mag would evolve. It checks every 5 levels for change.

Before you reach lvl 100 your stats must be equal in a formula for your section ID. So if every stat were to be 25 by lvl 100 the mag would evolve into a rare mag cuz theoretically if 2 of those stats were to match with 2 other stats they would equal together. If your mag isn't at lvl 100 and it doesn't fit the formula for a rare mag then the mag can evolve regularly by shifting the stats.
