Hey, I just had a very strange experience while playing PSO. I was playing with my FOmar in Hard Ruins, when suddenly he was moving jerkily and stopped moving sometimes. This was remedied when I moved my wavebird closer to the reciever, but then suddenly he stopped moving entirely. I thought it was batteries, so I changed them and then when I got in the next room my character stopped in the middle of a bunch of enemies. Needless to say, I died. It was at this point I noticed the disk making a very strange noise, like it wasn't spinning correctly. This alarmed me, so I quit the game immediately. I turned it off, and then let it rest for about 30 minutes. When I got back on, I had the original batteries in my wavebird, and my character still didn't want to move correctly...so I replaced the batteries again and it was having the same problem. I would move a bit, but it was like the signal wasn't strong enough to get to the controller port sometimes. I thought it might be my wavebird, so I plugged in a different controller. The problem persisted. Would someone mind telling me what the problem is? I would appreciate any input greatly.

... =@_@= You keep the joystick centered when you turn the wavebird on, right?

DON'T USE THE WAVE BIRD!!!! It messes with you controls when playing online...but when off line they are ok. See, the wavebirds can pick up different frequencys while playing on the net, thats why you lose "control" of your character. So just use a regular GC paddle when playing offline...Hope this info helps you out.http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif
