PSO-PC: I cant type at all please help me

When i get into the game i cant type which is fine when its offline but online i cant open a room as it needs a room name .... so since i cant type theres nothing i can do except join another game but i cant communicat so theres really no point. please help and if theres anything more you want i can supply the info.
(running vista, esc works)

Try right clicking on the PSU icon and select "Run as Administrator" or a similar option.

I running windows vista, and I can't type either in PSOBB. Please help

Problem solved, but it only works in windowed mode. But it's ok, my laptop is more than capable of doing that.

None of thats working >.> i tried to right click run admin but nothing. then i tried to add a japanese language to my comp still nothing so please if theres a patch or something that i can download for my keyboard to work please help.
