How do I cancel?

In six days, I found out that nobody is legit and I froze three times, ereasing all my items, immediately after a trading session!

Wheeeeeee! *indestinct profanity*

So I want to cancel before I am billed for this "service".

I don't have the game with me. I intensionally left it at home... because I was told I could cancel from a webpage.... which is nowhere to be found anywhere on the internet.

Where is it? I'm starting to think that they make it this difficult to find for a reason. Help me please. </RANT>

Straight from Sega.com's FAQ for GC PSO 1 & 2 help...




Go to the Edit Account (http://www.sega.com/community/profiles/pso_gcn/pc_front/gcn_pc_edit_login.jhtml) section of this site, click on the Serial Number and Access Key for the account you'd like to cancel. From there you will be able to cancel your account.

IMPORTANT: you must cancel your account at least 7 days prior to the end of your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month's service. Monthly fees are not pro-rated in any way. If you are not sure of your billing date, go back to the Edit Account page and select "Transaction History."
