It's special is that you attack with it untill it is spinning, then hit the special to shoot a beam, I've heard.

As for whether it's worth getting, it doesn't help mages and it sucks as a melee weapon. But it is unique, so it depends.

You need to do a 3 hit-combo in order to get the WINDMILL to spin fast enough to do the special. Special shoots out a single wave, but has very low accuracy.

Its MST boost is among the best, and it also boosts EVP some. However, it does not boost any techs and even though it has a saber animation, it's horrible as a melee weapon.

Yeah, I have one and my Hildebear's Cane is much more useful.
