PLEASE tell me this game gets better. I am 4 hours in and I jsut started playing lol. The story is amazing but the gameplay is really just...meh, maybe its because I just started idk lol
does it get better?

If you don't like old school combat systems, you won't like this game. It gets better once you get a full party and you can actually have strategies. There are several different types of magic that you don't have access to yet, and a bunch of skills that will actually allow you to use your GC. I would give it some more time.

For what it's worth, I enjoyed Lost Odyssey. The thing to bear in mind about Lost Odyssey is that it is very old school, things do pick up a bit as you learn more skills and you have to use different strategys to defeat new enemies but overall don't expect the gameply to change all that much.

i will give it a chance. only cause I am a fan of teh old school...
