There's a list of BC (Backwards Compatable) games for the 360.

As you can see, PSO is not on the list, sorry.

yesterday I tried to get it to work but none of my games where working, the market place was all messed up, however when I went back it showed that "PSO" was in the disc tray. A ray of hope perhaps?
