well this guy is kinda meanie but I think he was
sarcastic most of the time. Great voice, easy to
understand, and good sense of humor here and there.

As far as video game commentary, I've always been a fan of Patrick Stewart's cameo roles in games. His opening dialogue and epilogue in Oblivion was excellent.
