weres the best place to train it? I've been doing sakura blast B today and got it up to level 7 using my skela cuz of those mobs of boomas...but is there somewere else better?

The best place to level most striking PAs is Rescue Hyuga (the story mission in Episode 2). You fight nothing but robots (and they take half damage), so just load up on cheap lightning knuckles and go to town until you run out of PP and charges, then abandon the mission.

5th Floor of Clyez City. It's the 5th story mission in Episode 2, so you might have to clear some of the earlier ones to get to it. But, it's worth the effort.
