PSO-DC: pso ver.2 dc question

I saw somewhere on internet that you can't play single player / offline with the version 2, is it true?
And if not, what are the differences between ver.1 and ver.2 for single player?

You can play offline on Version 2. I still get in regular sessions in offline Ultimate mode.

offline mode is possible, ver.2 has the content of ver.1 + new additions.
online features are battle mode, lobby soccer lobby and chalenge mode.
offline/online features are more items, increased lvl cap (200), 1 more difficulty with new modified bosses, enemys and background cenarios.
