Personally I think these are better than the person you referred to, they have more style and character. Really nice pencil work you should show us some more polished pieces.

They're good, but, like most internet artist, you gotta watch and work on your proportions and figure. It's the reason why I scrap a lot of my works and never show them. Never impressed, and the proportions are always wrong. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif

The first pic, it's fine on it's own, but his back arm coming forth looks distorted. Maybe it's because the way the waist and down is drawn. Humans are flexible, but I don't think they are made of Play-dough. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif Just twist him a little bit back into place, and it should be fine. Hell, I'd color that picture, it looks fine, just slightly off.

The second pic is wonderful, but the hand in the pocket kind of plays off wrong. His arm extending from the pocket seems a little too thin. It's not bad, but it looks odd when compared to the other arm. The legs and pants are done wonderfully, so is the fur and the jacket. Well done.

The third pic is wonderful, but the arms are a bit off. The forearms are fine, but the arms extending from the body feel a little too long. Maybe it's the muscles? The fourth picture is excellent, with no real flaws. The beast's hand that is on the human's head though, seems to be missing a couple of finger joints. I mean, it's not bad, but it looks odd.



Now try to not let this critic dishearten you, or anger you. I want you to improve. Your style is fresh and clean, and I would love to see these pictures in color. dishearten? nah u help indeed...i know i have a proportion problem but since its a cartoon i rarely care(its still a problem when i draw a real person so yea...) my drawings are too light so i try to sharpen them so u can see em, sometimes ends up blurry like the Raz one, also my scanner sux balls lmao ty for ur comments ill try to fix it on the next drawing

i LOVE the 3rd and 4th.

The third one's pose with the serafi daggers is dramatic and powerful. His stance is one that is confident and cool headed. Change nothing.

The black and white "negative" of a beast crushing a man's head XD. Go Beasties. Take back what the illuminus took from you XD

The first one... it looks like his left arm is awkward. Maybe angle the bicep backward like say 30 degrees so the arm can hold the katana upright more naturally.

The 2nd picture - change the left hand so only the thumb is in the pocket with the fingers outstretched - makes him look at ease while waiting. But keep the smirk it makes him mischievious.
