Well, it all depends on what you want to find. We can give you clear things NOT to be, but for bests it really depends on what weapons you want to find. Here are some recommendations:

Hunter:
Oran
Skyly
Purplenum
Yellowboze
Bluefull
Whitill

Ranger:
Viridia
Skyly
Greenill
Purplenum

Force:

Hunters:
Partisians: Blueful
Swords: Skyly

Rangers:
Virdia: Shots
Greenil: Rifles
Purplenem: Mechs
Whitill: Handguns (Milla/Guld)

Forces:
Pinkal: Wands
Bluefull: Partisians
Yellowbooze: Money+enemy parts

Other:
Redria: Assorted (good for all in my opinion)
