I want to play PSO-BB, but the thing is, do I have to make a Game ID and a Hunter's License even though I want to play offline ONLY?

There is no offline mode.

Nope. BB is purely online. And the offical servers are gone now, so the only way to play BB now is on a free server.

There is a "One player mode" online that's just like offline though, if it's just that you don't want to be bothered playing with others.

All you have to do is lock the party you are in by making a password and voila, you are playing single mode.

Side note: Cashiz, was it not you whom got tweeked at me for "spamming"?
