I need help

So two weeks ago my psu account got cancelled and i'm trying to reactivate it now but for some reason everytime I try to make a new subscription like I always do when my psu account gets cancelled its not doing it. Does anyone know why its not doing it?? Could it be because i'm trying to pay with a different card or something?? I've never had this problem before I usually just cancel my subscription and then buy a new one like it says but since its not doing it i'm kinda freaking out. So if anyone can help me out in anyway it could calm me down.

It usually works when you choose "cancel subscription" and then "new subscription". I just redid mine and switched to the 6 month billing cycle earlier today add the servers didn't seem to be down or anything.

Wow I feel really stupid right now I just found out what the problem was I wasn't checking the box that said I agree to the term of use and stuff like that lol.
