So you click, and BAM --- some fat kid in a wig comes on with cheesy effects, poorly lipsynching the song. LOL, right? People are asses. That's why I usually don't go to youtube unless the video has been recomended to me by a friend (and even then I have someone else check it out for me first to see if it's worth my time).

I make sure the videos I watch are official. If I see it and 5 seconds in I don't see the singer, I go back and keep searching.
