GC: Mag Cells

Whats this i hear about mag cells only being online around holidays? can anyone elaborate.

So far, we've only been able to find Mag Cells from Rappy drops. During the holidays, Sonic Team turns the online rappies into "holiday rappies": Hallo Rappy which dropped Jack-o-lanterns, and Saint Rappies which dropped Christmas Presents. These items can then be tekked into Mag Cells.

Ugh, that sounds awkward, but I think you get the point.
