Does anyone know any that work with no lag?

I've heard some really good things about the newer Saber DA-1N1-E from VistaView (http://www.vistaview.tv/home.html). I haven't personally used one, but from the reviews it seems as though people have great performance in Vista whereas some people seem to have issues with the ATI cards in Vista's MC.

I guess I should have asked what you want it for. That one does not have a tv tuner but I guess if you are just wanting to capture video/images from another device then it should be just fine.
