Some of you may remember my Dark Knight Thread from awhile back. (http://pso-world.com/viewtopic.php?topic=158592&forum=9)

Well, while much has happened since the last update. (and I mean a lot, I've received calls from Jim Gordon, seen Press Conferences with Harvey Dent, and experienced the Gotham Schools, and even more.)

Well, Why So Serious got updated...again.

Remember when Heath Ledger said in the second trailer, "It's All Part of the Plan..." and you were like, "OMG! IT'S AS COOL AS PETER CULLEN SAYING, 'We are here, we are waiting' FROM TRANSFORMERS!"

Well!

For those too lazy to find the hidden link:

[spoiler-box] It's the Joker Card nailed to the wall, and you get a new poster for the movie (http://www.whysoserious.com/itsallpartoftheplan/poster.htm) [/spoiler-box]

A lot of people are saying the new trailer that was shown at Comic Con, will be added to the site in a few days. I can't wait, I am so excited! >D

I saw the trailer when I went to see Forbidden Kingdom. It looks good. Although, I gotta be honest, I'm not really diggin' the actor for Joker. Or the face paint for that matter. =/

New trailer hasn't been released yet.

Heath Ledger (R.I.P.) is going to be amazing, I'd even go as far to as I prefer his laugh over Mark Hamil! XD

But our opinions differing on actors means nothing...

Considering:

The movie is going to blow everyone away! =D

Oh man, the new Batsuit looks really badass. I really hope this film does justice to Batman Begins.

*eagerly waits for the new trailer to be posted on YouTube*

Maaaan I'm so pumped for this movie. Batman Begins was incredible and this movie looks to keep the streak going. Throw in Iron Man and Hulk, and it looks like a pretty promising Super Hero Movie summer (last summer Suuuuucked).

you know, while I hope it doesn't happen, it would be somewhat hilarious if it turned out to be the worst batman movie yet what with all this hype http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

*glances at PSU*

It's happened before, it can happen again.

I don't know when the portraits became active links, but now when you click on any of them you get coordinates to various cities where you're supposed to meet up with at least 300 other "clowns".

Hardcore, too bad there isn't a city near me I can get to. =/

UPDATE

The portraits also give clues for gathering numbers, which are used to open a safe when you click the same portrait again.

Also, a horrible quality bootlegged trailer can be found at various sties. I will post the official release of the trailer as soon as it becomes available.

From what I could see of the trailer, it's going to be amazing.

I don't know about that... I mean come one, look at the Tim Burton film. Jack Nicholson waltzing around painting mustaches on paintings will be VERY hard to "top".

I like that they decided to take the Joker is a different direction. Just like they did with the Scarecrow. The lack of Brightly colored outfits and the gritty realism of their looks has made this Batman Movie Franchise really good in my opinion. I can't wait to see it. Plus after the Neon and Bat-nipples of Batman Forever and Batman and Robin I don't think they can make something all that bad.

UPDATE

For those of you interested:

One lucky fan got to take home a 35mm roll of the new trailer; though it was edited by the Joker. :3

The sound quality isn't great at all, but it's amusing to see what the Joker did.

As the Joker called it, The Dork Knight (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H3OqlNyE18I)

A lot of new posters and banners were released for the movie too. They look pretty sweet and I'm sure will become desktops.

You may check out them (and those released before) over here (http://www.movieweb.com/movies/film/81/4381/posters.php)

Eh, looks like all of them aren't there, so here's links directly to posters not listen on that site.

One (http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/2470/darkll7jv3.jpg)

Three (http://imagecache2.allposters.com/images/pic/TRND/FP9348~The-Dark-Knight-Posters.jpg)
Four (http://imagecache2.allposters.com/images/pic/TRND/FP9350~The-Dark-Knight-Posters.jpg)
Five (http://www.comicbookmovie.com/images/news/batman-the-dark-knight/poster1.jpg)
Six (http://www.comicbookmovie.com/images/news/batman-the-dark-knight/poster3.jpg)

Okay, that's all I could find. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

Huh, that Dork Knight trailer was pretty cool. I can't wait for someone to post a version with understandable audio. Still, this should tide me over nicely. :3

UPDATE

New site has popped up:

Happy Trails. (http://www.whysoserious.com/happytrails/)

Looks like we get the new trailer officially released to us this Sunday.

I'm albeit disappointed it isn't going to be released with Iron Man (like many sources said.)

But I'm sure it won't be long before we see it with another big movie.

Oh yes, I totally forgot.

Sometime ago The Gotham Times (http://thegothamtimes.com/) was updated with new stuff on each of the four pages.

Which means, The Ha Ha Ha Times (http://thehahahatimes.com/) was also updated.

You may still view the older Gotham Times and Ha Ha Ha times by clicking "archived issue" in the upper left corner.

And for those interested, there's a hidden link in both issues of the Gotham Times that take you to the Ha Ha Ha Times.

Get over to Happy Trails (http://www.whysoserious.com/happytrails/) right now.

You will NOT regret it.

Edit*

You can see where Harvey Dent becomes Two Face. (He's screaming "no" and laying in a pool of some liquid.)

At the scene where Harvey Dent is in the car holding the gun, you can see faint scaring and his duel-suit. :3

ohh. See i wouldn't of known that because of my lack of Batman knowhow (with the oily liquid).

Ditto.

TDK is looking better and better. Iron Man started off the Superhero Summer right, and this is sure to keep the streak going (but will The Hulk? >_>).

I have great confidence in the new Hulk movie. They completely gave the finger to the 2003 Hulk and are starting fresh. (Not to mention the Robert Downey Jr., Tony Stark, cameo in the new Hulk)

This summer is pumped full of awesome movies; and it'll just get better, and better from here on out.

They're setting themselves up for an Avengers movie.

They already did that. A few years ago. >_>

That is one of the best parts, in my opinion. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I haven't seen anything new about Gotham Knight; save for the few "behind the scenes" you can find on YouTube.
