First off you need 2 people to get an S rank.
Ok so run through the forest area like normal, and when you get to the end of it, instead of going right through the teleporter to the caves go left and you will find a hidden wall. The hidden wall is in a straight line from the teleporter and looks a little different than the other grass/rocks. Lots of monsters in here and some boxes with badges behind the lazer fence.
Ok caves now. In the first room after you kill the monsters open the two switch door. Go inside and press the button to the left. Use your goggles on the rocks to the right to continue on. You will come to a locked door with a teleporter. Go through the teleporter. Press the button and continue back through the rocks and through the now unlocked door. Inside here are some monsters and a key gate. all the way on the other side from the key gate is a door that leads to more badge boxes.
This part isnt required for S but it has badges. In the last room of the mines after the lazer fences are gone, there are two buttons to step on, this opens up a invisible wall to go through with some more badge boxes inside.
