Ok, so my friend is currently having a sheer load of trouble with his account.
1- His account aparantly stoped opperating, so it became "INACTIVE", so he then "Cancled" the account which locked it in a pending Canclation.
2- After the canclation ended, and he reinstated the account, it did NOT function at all. The account is now cancled Again.
3- My friend currently has waited two days to get back on. What is going on, currently the account is back in Pending Canclation. Is there any way to speed this process up, and is there a way to get his account working faster sooner?
Again, his account is cancled for the second time, and for two days he's not been able to get any contacts to Sega to fix this... what's going on? and How on earth do we fix it?
