I'm not sure if directly linking to the mp3s is allowed here, so I'll just say that you can find the full version of each song on the PSO albums located in Galbadia Hotel. Aside from that, I've added the boss name for reference too.
Mine has to be the Episode 3 one. The PSO story culminates and ends with that 'one picture of Pioneer 2' in the credits, so you know that The Germ is the last thing that threatens the Coralian colonists, and thus its defeat ends all the evil in Ragol. The Strange Fruits seems to speak just that.
