Having trouble geting some techs to level 21+ someone tell me a good place.

id say sleeping warriors is a great area, lots of badira packs and golomoros.Plus you got a chance in finding psycho wand and relic edges.It used to be ruler of the plains but i think the glitch spots were patched.

PA's will level faster after an adjustment that ST is going to do after MAG. Some 2 to 3 times faster than they do now.
