Just heard this rumor on Gamefaqs...is this true, or was that person pulling my leg?

I have a hard time believing in that...
Wich damage do you mean, the special or the "usual"?
I don´t think a handguns damage is decideable by MST, maybe the special is...

I've seen the special being used, it's a joke in ultimate mode. (about 80-100 damage to 2000 hit point monsters? lol!)

Oh my god, this is the worst rumor I've ever heard.

Think about it--- if the damage of the Heaven Punisher was determined by MST, RAcast and RAcaseal would do a whooping 0 damage per shot, which is not the case.
