whats the fatest way to level a range PM and I dont care about the cost?

If you're actually looking to be -somewhat- cost efficient, then, traps. The more *'s a trap has, the more it'll give your PM.

EX Traps raise it hilariously fast for the cost of a stack of them.
Use those.

Absolute fastest would be the PM WhatsitGroll things from the cafe in Parum. 5 Omega Acids each but it's like +40 range per?

well agito repcas are expensive enough without 50% and i would rather just buy what i need then find stuff from MAG.

Run MAG C until the end of Forest. You'll get tons of Pallasches, Durandal Replicas and maybe a Twin or two. Plus, only Silver W. Badges drop on C, so you can pick some of those up too.
