PSU looking Stikfas weapons. now theres a varista

Heres my attempt at making some PSU style weapons for my stikfas.


the big one is ment to be a Hanzo (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/1/758/hanzo/) but the blade looks too thick so it looks a bit more like a Flowens Sword (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/1/2724/flowen_s_greatsword/) (i call it Flowens Hanzo). the handle is made from epoxy putty, but i didnt mix it very well so there is a few little brown spots in it making it look like wood. the hilt if thats the word im looking for is made from the sprue the sitkfas come in. and the blade is made from that blister plastic that takes for ever to open. this one is not finished yet i just need to paint it.

the second saber looking thing was just something i cobbled together to practice making these sort of things. i colored the blade with a permanent marker, so thats why it looks soo crappy.

the strange looking square pieces sticking out of them is to allow them to sit in the square holes on the stikfas.

Hey, coming along nicely! It's Ok to be chunkier IMO, counts as deformed to it the figures proportions.

this is a little G.R.M Handgun (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/1/18/powergun/) i made today. the glue hasn't finished drying yet (i cant be bothered waiting 24 to 36 hours). this weapon again is made from sprue's but the handle is made from a pen ink cartridge, because it fits a stikfas hand perfectly.

i couldn't get any good photos of it so this one shall do. ill post more when i can.

Curious to see how this handgun will turn out once some colors will be added to it (you will, right ?).
The sword looked a bit too sharp to me (but how are you supposed to make some piece of blister plastic not looking sharp when cut, heh ?)

its gonna take me a while before i get around to painting these. because i don't have any paints and im lazy. its will be nigh impossible to put a G.R.M on the handgun because of its stupendously small size. so i was going to paint it gray like the Handguc (http://www.pso-world.com/items/psu/1/961/handguc/).

i got some more pictures of it. the first one is a comparison against a handgun the mobster came with, because i kept thinking it was too small. and the second one, the mobster really shouldn't have tried to steal the barbecue shapes.

Actually, leaving the brand out will fit the figures own ambiguity (no face etc).

O also wanted to say, it looks like you have a knack for seeing and replicating the construction of these 3d objects. Keep it up!

I may be a while on that rifle. i was thinking of doing a Crea Doubles first because that looks really easy. Im also going to put off painting them until ive made a good batch of weapons and so i can buy what paints i want in one shot.

if anyone can get me any good pictures of the stock (the bit at the back where the shoulder sits). of a G.R.M C/B rank rifle.i would be very appreciative. because characters keep obscuring it so i cant get a good look at it.

uh oh ive got another. this time its everyones favorite red box disappointment, a Varista.

its almost complete i just have to add the chamber and fix up the photon tank (clear bit)
it has a straight handle for practical purposes only. real varistas have angled handles. i learnt from the handgunc that angled handles don't work.
